Vibeke G. Petersen is Special Adviser in the broadcasting division of the Danish Ministry of Culture. Among her responsabilities is audiovisual policy at the international level, most notably in the EC. She earned her PhD in political science at the University of Copenhagen in 1982 and prior to that a masters degree in mass communication at the University of Illinois, USA.
